Functionality

Register provider

  1. Register button is only available when provider is not registered.

nothing blocking from me, this will work, but there's some cleanup notes inline and some opportunities to make it slightly more lax

the other thing: I don't think I see any limitation here but I want to make sure that empty-string value capabilities are fine, for some, just the key will be sufficient
